What is the reason for having more than one option, regarding the amount of sessions a client may want?
It really is up to the client as to how many sessions they choose. It depends on how quickly a client wants to achieve a successful outcome.

Some clients are not ready to go directly towards what they want to achieve. There may be other areas of a persons life to be looked at first, before a client will be ready to move forward and achieve success. There may be limiting beliefs to look at.

What is a limiting belief?

A limiting belief may be something like "I am too old/young." "I am not clever enough." "Someone told me I would never be good at anything." "I want never gets" meaning people don?t get what they want although, as a coach, I do believe you can have what you want.
There are many other limiting beliefs that hold people in all walks of life back. I will work with you to change limiting beliefs into a positive belief in youself and what you can achieve.
